Placing An Order

Basic Rights ships personal, non-commercial purchases within the United States and internationally. The site does not allow the purchase of goods for resale.

Order Processing

We will honor your order within the limits of our available stock. For partially delivered orders due to out of stock inventory, you will only be charged for the items that are available.

Please note that your Basic Rights order may begin processing as soon as it is submitted. We will try our best to accommodate modifications to your order; however, we cannot guarantee that these changes will be made after your order is submitted. Please email info@basicrights.com with such requests.

Basic Rights processes orders based on the time they are received. Please note that orders placed with 2-3 day delivery by 2 pm EST will process and ship within 1 business day. Orders placed with free ground shipping will process and ship within 1 to 3 business days. All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following business day.

Basic Rights reserves the right to cancel any order placed by a customer with whom it has a dispute concerning a prior order. Additionally, Basic Rights reserves the right to cancel any order if it has reason to suspect that a customer has violated these Terms and Conditions of Sale, or is engaged in any fraudulent activity.

Payments

Retail prices are in U.S. dollars. Only orders sent within New York State will be charged the appropriate local sales tax. Basic Rights accepts payments by Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Please provide all correct billing information including the name of the cardholder, credit card number, expiration date, and billing address.

To avoid unnecessary delays, please make sure you have completed checkout carefully and completely. The amount of your purchase will be debited to your account on the date of sale. You will only be charged for merchandise that is available. Basic Rights will not be responsible for any delay of goods due to incomplete order forms or unattainable authorizations from credit card companies.

Basic Rights does not accept personal checks for payment.
